About me

Tracie has been in the Real Estate industry for over 19 years. Whilst she has held her Salesperson's licence since 2004, Tracie's strengths lie in her diverse background in Operations, Systems, Marketing, Administration and Property Management. She is a proven expert when it comes to creating systems and processes that ensure consistency and efficiency throughout the business. Having also experienced 12 months working in an Elite-status business partnership, listing and selling residential real estate, Tracie has first-hand knowledge on how to incorporate these systems into a business in order to take it to the next level. As the Sales and Operations Manager for Universal Realty, Tracie gets the most pleasure in assisting people to succeed and by working closely with the agents, helps implement systems and processes that will make their business and the office, run like clockwork.

Tracie’s previous roles have included Office Management, Property Management, Personal Assistant, New Business Development, Licensed Salesperson and Operations, so she has a unique set of skills and experience to appreciate and understand every aspect of this rapidly changing industry. Tracie also has the experience and ability to solve problems and think outside the square using careful analysis and logic.
